INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE EVENT MARQUEE

SITE PREPARATION:
Choose a flat, level site that is free of obstructions such as stones, branches or roots. Make sure the site is large enough to accommodate the tent and provide access to the entrance.
UNPACKING AND INSPECTING THE KIT:
Unpack the tent and all its components from the carry bag. Check that the kit contains all the required items, including the frame tubes, tent fabric, ropes, pegs, and assembly instructions.
ASSEMBLING THE FRAME:
Connect the frame tubes according to the instructions, starting with the main frame structure. Make sure all connections are securely fastened and there is no play.
LAYING OUT THE TENT FABRIC:
Lay the tent fabric out on the ground, making sure all sides are properly stretched. Place the frame over the fabric to prepare for attaching.
ATTACHING THE FABRIC TO THE FRAME:
Lift the frame and place it in the appropriate places on the tent fabric. These are usually the corners and the centre points of the structure. Attach the fabric to the frame using the clips, straps or Velcro provided.
SETTING UP THE TENT:
Lift the tent structure upright, starting at one corner and continuing until the tent is stable. Make sure the tent stands straight and all connections are securely fastened.
SECURING THE TENT:
Attach lashing ropes to the corners of the tent and drive the pegs into the ground at an angle to provide additional stability. Tighten the ropes so that the tent is well protected from wind and other weather conditions.
STABILITY CHECK:
Check that the tent is stable and does not wobble. If necessary, further reinforce the structure with additional pegs and lashing ropes.
FINAL PREPARATIONS:
Make sure that all entrances and windows of the tent are properly fixed and can be easily opened and closed. Check that the tent is ready for use and all components are in place.

Follow all instructions in the manufacturer's manual supplied with the tent. Make sure the tent is well protected from wind and rain. Regularly check the condition of the tent during use and make any necessary adjustments to keep it stable and safe.
