How to order?

Ordering from our PROflags.co.uk online shop is simple and intuitive. Select a product, adjust it to your needs and then add it to your basket.

1. Choose a product from our offer.
2. Configure the dimensions, graphics or text.
3. Add the product to your basket.
4. Complete the order form and make payment.
5. You will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order.

Delivery and dispatch

We process orders throughout Poland. The delivery time depends on the selected product and the extent of personalisation.

• DPD courier, GLS - fast delivery directly to your door.
• InPost parcel machines - convenient collection in a selected parcel machine.
• Personal collection - possible after prior contact.

Complaints and returns

We care about the quality of our products. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can file a complaint within 14 days of purchase.
