1. Introduction These delivery terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions under which products purchased from the Proflagi.co.uk online shop are delivered. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Lead times We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed within 5 working days from the date they are placed. If we are unable to process your order within the specified timeframe, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

3. Delivery Costs The cost of delivery depends on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address. Please refer to the ordering process for details.

4. Personal collection You can collect your ordered products in person at our warehouse during shop opening hours. To arrange personal collection, please contact us using the contact form on our website.

5. Complaints If you receive a product of defective quality, please contact us immediately using the complaint form available on our website. Within 14 days of receipt, we will review the complaint and contact you to discuss the next steps.

6. Returns In accordance with current law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason. To make a return, please contact us using the contact form on our website. Products personalised or specially made to the orderer's specifications are not eligible for return.

7. Limitations of liability We are not liable for delays in delivery due to the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products purchased from our shop.

8. Final provisions These delivery conditions are subject to Polish law. In the event of any disputes arising from the implementation of these terms and conditions, the parties will seek to resolve them by negotiation. In case of disagreement, any disputes will be settled by the competent court.
